“SUAVE – this stands for Service User Authentic Voice of Experience” is the title of the regular forum at which service users are able to ask questions and make suggestions about Touchstone’s services.
Touchstone wants to hear from you. We welcome you all to attend our monthly (currently on Zoom) meetings . Here you can be consulted on new developments, have your say and hear about training and opportunities. Also find out what s happening in Touchstone from a member of the Senior Management Team and Trustee Board members. If you need support getting onto the meeting let us know and we will buddy you up with someone who will help. The needs of our service users are at the heart of all we do.
