NJC Scale Points 23-25 starting at £27,741 pa/pro rata

You will be required to work flexibly and occasionally after 5.00pm.

Touchstone is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who will be required to effectively operate the organisation’s payroll system; ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time.

You will need knowledge of how an accurate payroll is processed, experience of operating a complex payroll system and also some knowledge of HMRC related processes and pension service requirements.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, effective organisational skills and be able to plan to meet strict deadlines, as well as work under pressure; being proactive will be pivotal to the role. They will also need some knowledge of HR systems to support the HR function in terms of contracts, annual leave calculation and HR monitoring.
