Touchstone and Women’s Health Matters have teamed up this December to celebrate the end of the 16 Days of Action campaign, which is aimed at raising awareness about domestic violence against women around the world. The celebration will take place on the 10th of December 2014 between 12 and 3 pm at Bridge House, Balm Road, Leeds, LS10 2TP and will be focused on recovery and nurturing.
Women are invited to come and enjoy a bit of pampering from Touchstone’s Positive Care Programme Therapists and also Thomas Danby students. We will also host a variety of promotional stalls and workshops with information on various subjects around health, well-being and keeping safe.
The attendance of the event is on a drop-in basis, but we will appreciate if you could let us know you will be attending. We will be offering a complementary lunch for our guests and we would like to make sure we get our numbers right. A crèche facility will also be available, so please let us know as soon as you can if you require a place.
Please note: this event took place in 2014 and has now passed, contact details to book a place have been removed for this reason.
