Leeds LGBT+ Minds are excited to announce our Community Wellbeing Festival, co-hosted by Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service and Trans Leeds. The festival will take place virtually and in-person between 29th November and 4th December 2021. This event is open to anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+, lives or works in Leeds and has experience of using or needing mental health services.
Join us to share your experiences and to talk about what mental wellbeing means to you. We want to hear your honest thoughts and experiences – good and bad! Together, we want to make Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service the best it can be for LGBTQIA+ people.
We will also be hosting some fun and creative wellbeing-themed sessions, led by local LGBTQIA+ makers, creatives and wellbeing practitioners, to say thanks to attendees for sharing their time and their stories. In addition, all attendees will receive a £5 voucher to spend at The Bookish Type. Or, if you’d prefer, we will donate the £5 on your behalf to a local Sarbat Yorkshire, an LGBT-friendly group for Sikhs.
Tickets are limited and will be released in three waves:
Early bird tickets: available from 1st November
Second release tickets: available from 8th November
Final release tickets: available from 15th November
