Rob Vickerman is an ex-international rugby captain who merges his success in sport with an education to postgraduate level, including a First Class Honours degree in Leadership and Management and is currently studying Positive Psychology with Coaching Psychology as an MSc.
Rob played professionally for 12 years, at Leeds, Newcastle and with England Sevens, before retiring at 29 with a neck injury. The discipline he learned as a player, alongside working with leading global executives and organisations, gives him a unique perspective on the subject of leadership and allows Rob to speak with great passion on a host of performance and leadership-related topics.
