An exciting opportunity to work for Touchstone in an innovative partnership
based at Asket House Recovery Centre.  Other partners in the project are LYPFT, Community Links and Leeds Mind.
The role involves taking on the responsibility of care coordination within the project, working with service users, health care professionals on wards, community based recovery workers and other care coordinators within the team. The post is open to people with relevant experience and skills.
