Why People Fundraise For Touchstone

At the end of January 2026, I am climbing Mt Kilimanjaro! I am really privileged to be able to do this, but coping with the altitude, will be a tremendous challenge. By supporting me in this, a feat I hope will benefit my mental wellbeing, you will be supporting many people in West Yorkshire who struggle with theirs. Every penny will inspire my every step as I approach the 6000m summit. Thank you so much.”

Tracey

“I would like to run for Touchstone so that they can continue to change lives with the work that they do. The services offered by Touchstone and the people who work there are very special and I would love to help ensure that they keep going for a very long time to come.”

Katy

“I’m doing this 44km walk to raise awareness for an amazing service I work for through Touchstone, called Here For You! The service is a suicide intervention service. I really believe that when you are struggling with your mental health, it’s so important to reach out and talk. Here For You offers a safe space for people to do that… I’ve seen how much of a difference it makes to people when they walk through them doors and talk.”
