It is with great excitement that we’re letting you know that Touchstone has, for the 5th year running, been named as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Not for Profit Organisations to Work For 2017, moving up from a 2 star to 3 star rating.
This recognises our commitment to supporting staff through training, supervisions, flexible working practices and an understanding approach to the diverse lives and circumstances of our staff.
We’d like to say a big thank you to all of our staff for taking the time to complete the Best Company Survey in October 2016. The feedback doesn’t just tell us what we’re doing well, but also helps show us areas where we can improve over the coming year.
