Mental health and wellbeing charity Touchstone has ranked 4th in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers’ at a ceremony in Manchester last month.

he Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers list awards UK-based organisations who promote employee inclusion at all levels of their businesses, including management, senior, executive and board level. Organisations entering the awards must demonstrate the promotion of all strands of diversity including age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, faith and religion.

Touchstone, which employs over 200 staff in West and South Yorkshire, was the only charity in the final five. It was ranked above global construction company Mott MacDonald and global marketing research firm AC Nielsen.

Commenting on the latest accolade Alison Lowe, Chief Executive of Touchstone said:

Touchstone provides mental health and wellbeing services to over 6,000 people annually throughout West and South Yorkshire – mainly to Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities and often in partnership with other organisations. Touchstone has doubled its turnover in the last year to over £8m and now employs over 200 staff.
