Touchstone is delighted to announce we are an Investors in People Gold organisation.
During a rigorous assessment of our policies, strategies, training and development over 4 days in October, IiP found that Touchstone had evidence to support every indicator of excellence at the gold standard and that we had staff whose commitment was second to none with 100% of staff scoring top marks in this category.
Touchstone’s expertise in equality and diversity, our health and wellbeing strategies and performance management culture were also highly commended.
This accreditation caps a fantastic year of achievements for Touchstone in 2014 which saw the organisation becoming Stonewall Top 100 Employers and Sunday Times Best Not-for-Profit Companies for the second year running.
Touchstone’s Human resources Director Kathryn Hart says on achieving this latest accolade, “I am so proud of our staff team here at Touchstone.
