We know many people we work with across Yorkshire and beyond will have been affected by the news from the Supreme Court ruling yesterday. At Touchstone, we fully support all trans and gender nonconforming communities and are thinking of everyone feeling the impacts of this news.
As a mental health and wellbeing charity, we understand that many trans people will be feeling the mental health impacts of this ruling. During a time of such uncertainty and fear, we want to join with others in saying that all trans people deserve affirming, uplifting, and safe support in environments where they can be their full selves.

We welcome trans staff, volunteers, and service users and work hard to make our services and teams inclusive, safe spaces for trans people to be a part of and seek support in. We stand firmly against all hatred and oppression directed towards trans people.
