Touchstone offices are closed from Christmas Eve until 29th December and then again from 31st December-5th January. See below for more details on our opening hours:

  • Tuesday 23rd December – All our offices are open as usual.
  • Wednesday 24th December – Touchstone Support Centre in Harehills is open until 1pm. Haslewood Drive and Touchstone House in Beeston will be closed.
  • Monday 29th- Tuesday 30th December – All offices open as usual.
  • Wednesday 31st December – Touchstone Support Centre in Harehills is open until 3pm. Haslewood Drive and Touchstone House in Beeston will be closed.
  • All sites are then closed again until re-opening as normal on 5th January.

Our Here For You teams will still be open EVERY DAY throughout the holidays, including Christmas and New Year. If you need urgent support, find out the different ways you can get in touch on the Here For You webpage.

Other ways to find support: 

  • Our Live Well Leeds team are running Welcome Cafes, where you can have a chat, get some refreshments, and take part in different activities. These are taking place at different points over the holiday period. Visit their website to find out more about dates and times.
