Agenda for Change Band 6, starting at £35,392 pa/pro rata

HOURS:
37.5 hours per week

This role is fixed term for up to 2 years

Complex Psychosis Practitioners work clinically to provide rehabilitation interventions aimed at preventing the loss of patient’s skills and providing early help rehabilitation for people in the community with complex psychosis. Additionally developing new pathways and community activities to increase community engagement (reduce social isolation) building on community assets.
